Red Shield VPN is a subscription based service.

1. If you purchased a Red Shield VPN subscription through Personal Area (my.redshieldvpn.com and its mirror for countries where this address is blocked), Red Shield VPN apps for Windows, macOS or Android.

If you have not canceled the automatic subscription renewal, 2 days before the end of the subscription period, we charge the cost of the subscription renewal from the card with which the subscription was paid.
If the payment was rejected for any reason, we will try again 1 day before the end of your subscription.

If we change the price of a Red Shield VPN subscription, the renewal price will change accordingly.
If this happens, then at least 3 days before being charged for renewal of the subscription, we will send an email to the address that is your account with information about the change in the cost of renewal.
Red Shield VPN is not responsible for non-delivery of an email about a change in the cost of automatic renewal of a subscription.

You can change the card that will be charged for automatic renewal of a subscription.
To do this, you need to pay for a subscription for any period with another card, then in the "Profile" section of the Personal Area (my.redshieldvpn.com), in the "Saved cards" subsection, click on the "Set as primary" button in the card to which the subscription was paid manually.

To cancel automatic renewal of a subscription, open the Personal Area (my.redshieldvpn.com), section "Profile", subsection "Auto renewal of subscription", then click the "Disable" button.


2. If you purchased a Red Shield VPN subscription using Apple's in-app payments.

Apple Inc. is a Red Shield VPN subscription reseller.
If you do not cancel automatic renewal, within the period before the end of the subscription, as determined by Apple (usually 1 day - the information is approximate and its fact is not guaranteed), Apple charges the subscription renewal fee from the card in accordance with your Apple account settings.

To cancel auto-renewal of your subscription, follow the steps in Apple's instructions: https://support.apple.com/HT202039.

If we change the price of a Red Shield VPN subscription, the renewal price will change accordingly.
In this case, Apple will notify you in accordance with their terms and conditions. Red Shield VPN is under no obligation to notify users of changes in the cost of an automatic renewal subscription.
